# Search and Filter Students

Set up your account and ship your first project in minutes.

Quickly locate user accounts and monitor their status and platform activity metrics.

#### Step 1: Open the Users Module

Open Users from the top navigation menu to access the primary directory.

#### Step 2: Use the Search Function

Use the search field to find a specific user by name or identifier.

#### Step 3: Audit Directory Profiles

Review each user row for high-level management data:

* Name
* Type
* Active courses
* Status
* Last active date

#### Step 4: Utilize Mass Selection

Use the checkboxes to select one or more users when bulk actions are available.
