# Create a Live Class

Set up your account and ship your first project in minutes.

The Create Live Course feature allows coaches to build real-time interactive experiences such as scheduled teaching sessions, workshops, cohorts, or real-time Q\&A by setting up course details, schedules, and curriculum layouts.

### Start Creating a New Live Class

#### Step 1: Open Content Library

Navigate to the Content Library section from the main menu.

#### Step 2: Access the Create Menu

Click Create to view available content creation options.

#### Step 3: Select Create Live Course

Choose Create Live Course to open the live class setup form.

Provide the essential information learners need to understand and register for your real-time event.

#### Step 1: Enter Basic Information

Fill in the following details:

* Course Title
* Category
* Level
* Description
* Duration

#### Step 2: Add Learning Requirements

Include any Prerequisites learners should have before joining the live session if special prior knowledge is required.

#### Step 3: Configure Pricing

Choose whether access to the live event will be:

* Free
* Paid

#### Step 4: Add Discoverability Information

Enter:

* Tags and keywords
* Skills learners will gain
* Learning objectives

#### Step 5: Assign a Thumbnail

Upload your own cover art or generate a thumbnail image using your platform assets.

### Save and Continue to Schedule

#### Save as Draft

Select Save Draft if your class details are incomplete or not ready for scheduling.

#### Continue to Schedule

Select Save & Continue to Schedule to advance directly to setting your event dates, times, and streaming configurations.

### Schedule the Live Class

Set up the parameters for when your class will stream and where students should join.

#### Step 1: Navigate to Date & Time

Locate the Date & Time configuration fields within the scheduling panel.

#### Step 2: Define the Timeline

* Select the Start Date.
* Select the Start Time.
* Add the expected run-time Duration.
* Turn on the Repeat session toggle switch if the class follows a recurring cohort pattern.

#### Step 3: Configure the Meeting Environment

* Choose your chosen streaming Platform integration.
* Add the active Meeting Link (you can also choose to leave this blank and add it right before the session kicks off).
* Establish a limit in the Max Attendees field, or leave it completely empty if you want to support unlimited enrollments.

#### Step 4: Advance or Save

* Select Save Draft to lock in your schedule configurations without going live.
* Select Save & Continue to Curriculum to begin outlining specific session resources or presentation content.
