# Content Library Overview

Set up your account and ship your first project in minutes.

The Content Library serves as the primary hub where coaches manage all instructional materials in Skolasti. Coaches can view, create, edit, and organize online courses, live classes, quizzes, and downloadable resources.

### Open the Content Library

#### Step 1: Sign In

Log in to Skolasti using your coach credentials.

#### Step 2: Select Navigation Module

Click Content Library located in the top navigation bar to open your content hub.

#### Step 3: Use Filtering Tabs

Review the central content table and switch between specialized tabs to view different learning item categories.

### Understand the Content Table Layout

The main dashboard table features a comprehensive column layout designed to help coaches scan asset performance and status metrics at a glance:

* Thumbnail: A visual preview asset configured for the learning material.
* Title: The registered name of your online course, live class, digital download, or quiz.
* Status: The live availability state showing whether an item is published or unpublished.
* Created On: The system timestamp showing the precise date the asset was created.
* Enrollments: The cumulative headcount of learners who have signed up for that item.
* Completions: The exact count of active learners who have successfully finished the content.
* Price: The cost setting indicating if the resource is free or paid.
* Actions: A dedicated settings menu providing immediate access to asset management tools.

### View Content Types

#### Online Courses

* Navigate to the Content Library and click the Courses tab.
* Review your self-paced offerings and cross-reference performance metrics including status, total enrollments, student completions, and base price.
* Use row action controls whenever you need to edit or update course parameters.

#### Live Classes

* Navigate to the Content Library and click the Live tab.
* Review your scheduled interactive sessions and check system details such as status, creation timestamp, participant enrollment count, and transactional pricing.

#### Digital Downloads

* Navigate to the Content Library and click the Downloads tab.
* Review supplemental digital assets and analyze student completion counts to evaluate exactly how many unique learners have downloaded the materials.

#### Quizzes

* Navigate to the Content Library and click the Quiz tab.
* Monitor quiz statuses and evaluate active learner engagement indicators.
* Filter by an unpublished status to quickly isolate assessment drafts that require structural edits.

### Access the Content Creation Menu

#### Step 1: Initialize Creation

Open the Content Library view.

#### Step 2: Open Create Actions

Select the prominent Create button to reveal configuration paths.

#### Step 3: Choose Asset Type

Select one of the following specialized creation paths from the dropdown menu to open the corresponding setup form:

* Create Course
* Create Live Course
* Create Quiz
* Create Digital Download
