# Search, Notifications, and Language

### Manage Notification Preferences

Control how and when you receive communications from the platform.

#### Step 1: Open Notification Settings

Go to the Notification Preferences section.

#### Step 2: Toggle Core Channels

* Turn Email Notifications on or off based on your preference.
* Turn Push Notifications on or off for immediate alerts.

#### Step 3: Select Alert Categories

Choose whether you want to receive active updates for:

* Course updates
* New student alerts
* Marketing emails

### **Change Language**

Localize your portal workspace appearance by shifting between native system languages.

#### Step 1: Open Language Options

Select the language selector tool from the top layout.

#### Step 2: Select a Language

Choose your preferred regional interface language. Valid options built into the portal include:

* English
* Hindi
* Tamil
