# Sara: Your AI Assistant for Course Building

Sara is your AI assistant for building and managing courses faster — it drafts content and generates quizzes for you based on your own material. It’s a coach-side tool; students don’t interact with it

### **Enable Sara for Your Academy**

#### Step 1: Navigate to AI Assistant Settings

Go to **Settings** and select **Sara / AI Assistant** from the sidebar.

#### Step 2: Turn On Sara

Toggle **Sara On** for your account.

#### Step 3: Check Your AI Credits

Look near the top-right of your dashboard for the **AI credits indicator** — this tracks your usage for Sara’s automation and content-generation tools.

### **Train Sara on Your Content**

<figure><img src="https://3221566451-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJdpebNFVtI3pcOYCopZQ%2Fuploads%2FdI1iZUZdSmWLqdl95W1t%2FScreenshot%202026-09-23%20at%203.55.59%E2%80%AFPM.png?alt=media&amp;token=98ed08b4-5867-4d7a-bdf5-4e120ffd73d5" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Sara only learns from material you give it — not generic internet knowledge — so the quality of what it drafts depends on what you feed it.

#### Step 1: Open the Training Panel

From Sara settings, open **Train Sara** (or similar).

#### Step 2: Add Your Source Material

Upload or link the content Sara should learn your style and subject matter from:

* Course videos and transcripts
* PDFs, slides, and documents
* Past quizzes or assignments

#### Step 3: Review Training Status

Check the training/processing status. The more content you add, the more accurately Sara drafts material in your voice.

### **Draft Course Content with Sara**

<figure><img src="https://3221566451-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJdpebNFVtI3pcOYCopZQ%2Fuploads%2Fvgu9SMJ8TjiK78rxkZ5i%2FScreenshot%202026-09-23%20at%203.59.17%E2%80%AFPM.png?alt=media&amp;token=91af1afa-4668-4c4f-95ed-6523a669d909" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Step 1: Open Sara from a Course

While editing a course, open **Sara** from the course builder toolbar.

#### Step 2: Request a Draft

Describe what you need — a lesson outline, module description, or written content for a topic — and Sara generates a first draft based on your trained content.

#### Step 3: Review and Edit

Read through the draft and edit it to match your voice before publishing it into the course.

### **Generate Quizzes with Sara**

<figure><img src="https://3221566451-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJdpebNFVtI3pcOYCopZQ%2Fuploads%2FS3O5kNVw78rXE8AMUVxB%2FScreenshot%202026-09-23%20at%204.01.22%E2%80%AFPM.png?alt=media&amp;token=ab17e3f5-dca6-406f-b2d6-bd8a1ba67074" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Step 1: Open the Quiz Builder

Go to **Content Library → Create a Quiz** (or the relevant course’s quiz section).

#### Step 2: Generate Questions with Sara

Select **Generate with Sara**, and choose the topic, difficulty, and number of questions.

#### Step 3: Review and Publish

Check the generated questions and answers for accuracy, edit as needed, then save the quiz to your course.
